Veterinary Practice in Winston-Salem, NC - SMALL VET VETERINARIAN HOSPITAL FOR SALE IN WINSTON-SALEM NORTH CAROLINA

We are a small Veterinarian hospital in Winston-Salem North Carolina in a fairly high traffic area just minutes from restaurant in mall area.  We are strictly small animal and we do no boarding nor grooming. There has been a Veterinarian in our building since 1950. It is a well established animal hospital. The current veterinarian desires to retire and has been cutting back hours. They are there two days a week and there is a relief Veterinarian one day per week. This is strictly a wellness hospital. They use cornerstone software. They have one to two exam rooms, one surgery room and one dental room. They have a full body digital x-ray. They use an IDEXX lab. And they do not have an ultrasound. The staff is Cross trained. There are three staff members. The front desk and the tech have worked there for over 10 years and they currently have a kennel hand. That's been there for roughly one year. They do no marketing nor do they have a social media presence.
