Veterinary Practice in Spartanburg County, SC - $1.5M HOSPITAL FOR SALE IN SPARTANBURG COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA

We have a very nice standalone established veterinarian hospital just outside of Spartanburg South Carolina. We are the only Veterinarian in our town and also a 15 mile radius. We are super busy. We collected $1.9 million in 2023. We will be slightly down this year due to our Veterinarian being out for roughly 3 months due to surgery. We have a bread-and-butter vet veterinarian practice. We see only small animals primarily cats and dogs. We do a tremendous amount of surgery but basically the practice is a wellness clinic. We do not do boarding nor do we do grooming. And regarding surgeries, we don't do any specialized surgery. We refer that out. We are open five days a week. We have completely renovated our facility. New floors, new paint new cabinets, and up-to-date, computer, computers, software on the cloud as well as new Veterinarian equipment. We have one dental room, one surgery room and two exam rooms and another overflow exam room. We have six employees that are all trained and will help the new Veterinarian after the transition. We have an ultrasound, A Cuattro digital x-ray. We have an in-house lab with. Zoetis and an outside lab with Idexx.  We have four Imagyst microscopes that are AI fecal, blood, derm, and urine specific.  We are happy to help the new Veterinarian with a transition.
