This single doctor small animal practice is in a rapidly growing suburban midsize town in Delaware. The clinic has 2 exam rooms, digital Xray, Idexx, blood machines, and uses Cornerstone. The current owner works 4 days a week doing routine exams, vaccines, dental, spays, neuters, and basic surgeries. No specialty procedures! Also, no evenings, weekends, boarding or grooming, and no on call. The local Emergency Room is 10 minutes away.
