A well-established, thriving, and privately owned general dentistry practice located about one hour east of downtown St. Louis is seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join a close-knit team—offering both an immediate opportunity to practice and a clear path to ownership.
Founded in 1989, this practice has proudly served its community for more than 35 years. Projected to gross $1.5M in 2025 (an approximate 16% increase from 2024), it has grown from just three operatories to seven fully equipped operatories, including a new building addition designed to enhance patient access and comfort. The practice is housed in a free-standing building with a full basement and employee parking, situated in a quiet residential area yet close to local businesses.
The practice focuses on restorative, cosmetic, and preventive dentistry, supported by an excellent referral network of specialists to ensure the highest quality of comprehensive care. Welcoming an average of 30 new patients each month, growth is fueled by a strong reputation and word-of-mouth referrals. The patient base is supported by an exceptionally experienced team, which currently includes: 4 Registered Dental Hygienists, 1 Dental Assistant, 1 Sterilization Technician, 1 Financial Coordinator, 1 Scheduling Coordinator, and 1 Practice Manager. Together, the team brings nearly 200 years of combined dental experience, and expansion of the staff is already being planned to meet growing patient demand.
