General Practice For Sale in Greenville, South Carolina

We have a well established general dental practice about 20 minutes from downtown Greenville. We purchased the practice in 2022 as a satellite location when the former dentist wanted to retire, but since then our main office has gotten so busy, we don't have time for a satellite office. There's a lot of growth in this office. It has six operatories, but we're only using three as we're only there part time. We are in networks with a few insurances and also are working with an insurance negotiator to get us the best rates possible. Because this is a satellite office, we only utilizing one hygienist. There's obviously room for a lot of growth by getting a second hygienist in working the office full-time. We're in a standalone facility off of a four-lane highway. Our doctor would be willing to help with a transition, but ultimately wants to focus on their main office, which is about 20 miles away. We are currently just doing basic dentistry in this office so if there is a dentist that can add some procedures that we are referring out that would be great.
